Premier Support

Premier support offers 5 x 24 hour support and the calls are prioritized
slightly higher, for example, the highest priority for a standard support
call is 2 while premier's highest priority level is 1.

Vic - the only advantage that I know of is the web based training. We
purchased and used it for initial training but discontinued it after going
live.
