Prespectives - Pre-registration Benefits

Hi Everybody,

I have a clarification from Cindy Valdes, Director, Epicor Marketing
Events:

"Any customer that signed up for pre-registration has until October
22nd to convert their status from pre-registered to registered. The
email was a guideline with details on how to go about converting a
registration from pre-registered status to full conference
registration status. Our assumption was that most people would need
that information at some point in time. The conversion from pre-
register to registered status has no bearing on the ability to sign
up for labs. Everyone who pre-registered was given a registration
number. The lab sign ups are only asking for that registration
number and an email address. It does not require any additional
information or money."

Please ask your CAM or myself (see my email address below) if you
have any questions, and you can always go to
http://perspectives.epicor.com for updated info.

Hope to see you there!

I got tjhe email today for pre-registered people signing up for labs. But it is demanding full payment of the remaining $895 in order to be able to do this.

One of the "offers" on the pre-registration deal was "holding the early bird registration rate". I had assumed this meant locking in the $995 rate (less the $100 pre-reg fee) until the regular registration deadline. Perhaps so but then requiring the balance in order to take advantage of the priority lab signup seems like bait and switch.

Anyone read that "rate hold" the way I did or have a diffferent explanation from Epicor on what that was all about?

What I found amusing was that the theme of the conference was "No
Limits" and they make it seem if you don't sign up early you won't get
into classes/labs. Seems like a limit to me.......it's Friday what can I
say.

I got tjhe email today for pre-registered people signing up for labs.
But it is demanding full payment of the remaining $895 in order to be
able to do this.

One of the "offers" on the pre-registration deal was "holding the early
bird registration rate". I had assumed this meant locking in the $995
rate (less the $100 pre-reg fee) until the regular registration
deadline. Perhaps so but then requiring the balance in order to take
advantage of the priority lab signup seems like bait and switch.

Anyone read that "rate hold" the way I did or have a diffferent
explanation from Epicor on what that was all about?
