Price List not applying to line

I have a price list assigned to a bill to customer with valid start and end dates.
We use Alternate Bill To’s assigned to Sold To customers on our sales orders.
When I enter a sales order with a sold to customer that has a Bill To customer (who has a price list), the price list does not show on the line.

Does anyone know why this might happen?

Also, would the best resolution for this to be a phone call or should I open a ticket? I might not be understanding the way that these price lists are intended for use, so I would imagine a conversation would be easiest…@aidacra any tips?

I would definitely recommend opening a support case and speaking with one of our CRM application experts.

Where are you applying the price list? Customer Group or Customer?

It’s on the customer level. We don’t really utilize customer groups…

Also, have you traced the order entry and looked through the data to see if there was any clues in there.

Epicor support has stated that price lists are designed to change pricing on the quote/sales order based on the Sold To customer only, not the bill to.

Looks like I will need a custom solution for this, unfortunately.
