I have a configurated part set up. Some of the parts are setup as
placeholders and some are not. On the Sales order side I am pulling
the price fo the parts from a price list. The Syntax in the
configurator is setup as Set Field OrderDtl.PricePerCode = Price1.

On the Quote side of the setup the Syntax is setup as Set Field
QuoteDtl.ExpPricePerCode = Price1. This seems to be the only option
for the Price list on the Quote side. My problem is that on the Quote
side the parts in the configurator that are placeholders will not pull
the price for the choosen part. On the Sales order side it works fine.

Has anybody ran into this and if so is there any way to write a
different syntax to make it pull for the placeholders on the Quote
side.

We are on Vantage 5.00.329. We just starting to use Price Lists. Can
anyone tell me what I need to know to import from an Excel worksheet?
I think the format is the most important thing that I may need help
with.
