I am just wondering how other people handle this in Vantage. We have
part XYB-U that is a refurbished part. It will cost $150.00 to buy. But if
the customer returns their "broken" part, I will only charge them
$100.00. ($50.00 discount) How are others handling this with Vantage?

What I was thinking is Have the customer put two line items on the
p.o. Part Number XYB-U - refurbished drive $100.00. Then XYB-C Core
Part $50.00 to receive credit when old part returned. . Then when I
receive their "broken" part back I would give them a credit for $50.00. By
doing this I am able to keep track who still owes me parts.

The person who does parts is having a hard time understanding this. I am
hoping someone else has an idea.
