Print Account trying to make too many connections

Hi All,

We have an account to run our printing from

However, this account tries to connect more times than we actually have license,

Even on Pilot, Test and Train where there is only ever 1 or two other people signed in

Is there anything we can do?

If we just disable it it does stop this happening… although stops our ability to print too

In the User Account Management, under Options, there is a checkbox to limit the account to a single active connection at a time. Make sure “Allow multiple sessions” is unchecked.
