Yes, I have verified it is installed and running properly. I have opened the edge agent and verified the printer is selected as default and I can successfully print test page from edge agent.
Even going directly to SO Pick List I get the same issue.
Were you ever able to get this figured out? We have the same issue. Printer Icon one print forms is grayed out. Currently working with Pack Slips and Order but have tested on many other screens. We have tested on many machines and users.
Possible workaround…if you have network printers configured in Printer Maintenance…try Network Print under the three-dot menu and send the output that way. Or maybe try Print Preview - see if you can redirect from there.
Have you tried Edge Agent Diagnostics? Find the Agent icon in the system tray, right click, select Diagnostics…
