Print Job Traveller speed problem

Hi,

in Epicor 10.2.500, If print a Job Traveller for a specific job, it take 8 secs before the report come up to the screen.

I created a customization in the Job Entry with a button to print the job directly and using the same BO Method with the same parameters it take 30 secs before the report come up to the screen.

Does anyone have any idea

Try enabling the Trace Log to see which BO methods are taking the extra time. Compare it to when the Traveler is printed using the Actions menu.

@heybigal It could be you are just missing the priority polling timeout and are getting the non priority polling.

SUMMARY:
Experience shows that increasing the Duration to 90,000 or 120,000 in conjunction with reducing the Processing Delay to 3 seconds on the System Agent can have a dramatic effect on improving the overall time for client-side related tasks to complete.

Switching the priority from 3000 to 6000 in the System Monitor solved my issue :blush:
