Print preferences ignored when printing from Epicor

Hi

What do you mean by /RPT?

Thanks,

CHRIS

Like Mark said, print preview is something I do regularly when I have an issue.

8.03.404 & up has the /RPT option I experimented with
C:\client\mfgsys.exe /RPT is supposed to force use of printer settings from the dialog.

At least one issue I had was version dependent. I had margin issues that only went away after an upgrade.

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
Hi

We have just installed some new multi function copiers and are having difficulties printing from Epicor.

When we change the print preferences ar print time (when printing from Epicor) the changes are totally ignored.

However if we try from any other software the changes are accepted.

Anyone encountered a similar issue?

Thanks,

CHRIS

Hi we have found this too, the only way round it we have found is to print preview first. Not sure why Epicor cannot handle printer settings like every other program can...

Maybe they just haven't finished that bit yet .... :-)

Does anyone know a way to fix this?
