Are you using Report Builder - export to a file?
Alpha-numeric fields can skew up the alignment if the fields are not padded
to a set length.
I create a calculation that "pads" the field with blanks if it is shorter
then the field size, something like this: Name + FILL(" ", 40 -
LENGTH(Name))
Then I export the calculated field.

Does anybody in the group use print to file for reports to be later imported
into Excel? My print to file driver is not working correctly now. I can
export a profit and loss report and some of the current information is there
- 10 to 12 lines below the information is all skewed. Any ideas out there?
