Printing Checks

Good morning all,

Not sure if anybody else has this problem. When we try to print checks, we go through the whole process of setting up a check run. But when we try to print it nothing happens. We get no errors when we set up the checks to print. It just never prints the checks. What we have to do at this point is log out of Vantage, log back in, go back to payment entry then process payments. Then it will print. We are printing to a printek printer.

Any ideas?
