Printing closed PO (5.2) ..getting error number 91

Thank you for your quick response. I had also dropped this same e-mail to
Epicor and their reply was to use workarounds (no mention of an improved
life with an upgrade). Glad to hear that once we get a weekend coordinated
to get to a current patch that our Purchasing guy will be happy again.
Amazing how frustrated people get over 'little' things.

Subject: RE: [Vantage] Printing closed PO (5.2)
..getting error number 91.

We are on 5.20.317 and we do not have this problem. I can
print or print preview a closed po via any method without getting any
warnings, messages or errors.
We have recently switched to 5.2.(313). We are having problems printing a
closed Purchase Order. Inconsistent problems.

* When I click on the printer icon, and then
1. Print Preview I get a reminder that the po is closed, click on OK.
PO Print box shows up and sits there...so click on cancel, are you sure?
Answer No. PO then prints to screen, but prints only boxes and no info.
2. Print (ie: not Preview) I get the reminder, but also get the
following error message, "No POHeader record is available. (91)" I get the
same as above, but in hard copy.

* When I select File, Print, I can get a PO printed....but only if
this is how I select the first time I go into the PO. If I attempt to print
with the icon first and then try this, I get the same results as in step 2
above.

Is anyone else having this problem? I don't see that this is addressed in
more current patches.
