Say what now?
It is an app-open thing
It opens Erp.UIRpt.PackingSlipPrint
We had blank login screens for quite a few of our users this morning, and for a few blank slide-outs when they went to print things. Our TMS (FreightPOP) has some oddities after updates and they recommended running the ‘Empty cache and hard refresh’ option when the website/app gets ‘confused’.
F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I brings up DevTools, and if you right click on the browser refresh icon, you get some options, Empty cache and hard refresh being one of them. This is on Edge, I think it’s Empty cache and hard reload in Chrome, but a similar function. Supposed to clear the cache and cookies for that site alone and reloads it anew, or something like that.
It did resolve our blank screens for all users that were affected.
I never noticed these showing up on the menu before:

When I try and open that I get:

It’s actually the same issue I had with the Start Production Activity button in MES this morning.
Disabling the menu item in the Custom Processes fixed it.
FWIW, packing slips print perfectly fine from Classic.
![]()
Disabling that menu item in menu maintenance fixed it for me.
It is frustrating because when I opened my ticket for this I got the same suggestion to restart the site/task agent like that is a simple thing to do in the middle of a workday.
Wouldn’t have even solved the problem.
Maybe try disabling in live and see if that does it?
Is anyone besides me having issues with anything other than the packing slip?
Job Wizard
Pro forma
Capable to Promise
are all ones that do not work for us. Probably more not reported to me yet
I am not aware of any other similar issues but the day isn’t over yet.
It’s been so long since .10 was pushed to production I forgot how crappy the Monday after an update is.
So I guess delete != disable
I guess my issue is different - they fixed the job wizard and CTP now for me. No explanation of what they are doing ![]()
Most won’t even notice.
Hey!..
