Printing Field service contract details on Sales Order

I just figured it out... the table alias in the report is spelled wrong.
I yanked it out (FSDONTDT) and added in the correct one (FSCONTDT), changed all references in the formulas and now it works correctly.

This is the default, unaltered sales order acknowledgment. Strange the support desk didn't even know about the error.

Thanks for all the help, appreciate it.

Can you add the field to the report somewhere else and see if it gets displayed.

Brian, thank you.

That was first thing I checked.

Neither the field nor the section have any suppress formulae on them.

There is a report filter to omit Kits, but that didn't apply here.

The "magic secret place" is... Format Field -> Common tab -> Suppress

formula. Its to the right of the "Suppress" checkbox, the icon that has

an X-2 picture. Other places, in Section Expert, the same suppress

formula. I haven't looked at this particular report, but lots of Epicor

designed crystal reports use the suppress formula.

Brian.

Order

Is there a bug with sales order acknowledgment form not printing the

data from field service contract detail table correctly?

I can see the fields output data to the XML.

When I'm in Crystal report looking at SOFORM.rpt, I can see there is a

section that seems to be intended to print this (detail a and detail b).

I can right click those fields in Crystal, click Browse Field Data and

see a pop up with the data that is in the xml file.

But, in no way, in no circumstance can I get that data to output to the

screen. Is there some magic secret place where you tell crystal to

suppress a field that I'm missing?

We're on 8.03.409a,

Epicor support tells me that the fields are there, but if they don't

print, then they must not be intended to print. So glad I pay for that

support!

Thanks for any help you can offer.
