Printing in Epicor 9.05.600C - just completed first pass convers

Are ALL three appServers running? In the System Agent, make sure that
they're pointing to the correct servers/ports.

Do you have the most recent Crystal Run-time installed?

In version 9, when I try to print a standard report ( in this case it was a GL report) and I attempt a print preview, the action works, but I don't get a preview. A message shows at the bottom of the screen that the print preview was submitted successfully.

Same situation, but instead of print preview, I just submit it for printing directly, the action completes, a message says it was successful, but I don't get the report.

Anyone experience this and have any suggestions?
