Printing in Vantage 8.03

I am experiencing the same problem with printing standard Crystal
reports. ( I WAS able to Production Detail report, so it seems to be
Crystal). I ensured that Crystal Reports XI R2 has been installed.
Also I did select "Everyone" (NOT "Just me") as instructed by Epicor.

If anyone finds a solution to this major problem, please let me know.
I will do the same.(I have a call into Epicor support) thanks!

I have just converted data from 6.1 to 8.03 and am having trouble
printing reports. It was working when I converted data a month ago. I
set up the system agent exactly as it was before. Only thing that
changed is I was told by Epicor to edit my registry sine Progress and
Open edge was using the same port number 20931. I have changed it to
where Open edge is using 20555. Below is the error message I get when
I open up system monitor

There could be so many things. Can you not print everything, or just
crystal reports? If you are on 304 and can print a production detail
report then it's a crystal issue. If it is, is R2 Crystal runtime
installed? Was it installed as "Just Me" or "Everyone"? If you can't
there is an issue with a file path in your agent, or a sharing issue
with your folders.
