I’ve been battling with a problematic Crystal report. It’s only affecting 1 particular report that I’ve been made aware of (Proforma Invoice), and not affecting all PCs.
Checked with support the Crystal version, and some PCs with newer/older than the affected PCs can print said report. Also, on a PC that doesn’t “work” it does work for some users but not others.
@josecgomez was it yourself or @hkeric.wci that used ProcMon to identify the root cause of the Export to Excel issue? Would you be able to look at the attached trace captured at the moment of printing the report to see why it’s failing? I’ve had a good look, but gone screen blind. It’s definately worth beers at Insights…
