Printing Job Traveler

Todd:

I did just that and it didn't seem to make a difference, but I'll give
it another try.

Thanks.

Not sure about this but I have had cases where modified Crystal reports
inherit the settings of the PC they were modified on at the time there
were saved. This just might be overriding the local settings for the
printer at the time of running. On the otherhand this might have just
been for distributed reports. Just in case you might want to try
editing the report and while there change the page/printer setup to
collate. Shouldn't hurt to try.

I am trying to get our job traveler to collate, which would seem easy
enough, but am not having any luck. It would seem one would merely
choose to collate the print job and bam it collates. However, this
isn't the case for me. Can someone tell me if I am missing something
here?

Good Afternoon:

I am having an issue with trying to collate jobs at print time. It
would appear on the surface that one simply choose collate and viola
your job is collate, but this hasn't situation in my case. Is there
something I am missing? Please advise......
