# Printing over Citrix, certain fonts, colors, italics no t printing

<div id="ygrps-yiv-1923905840">We have been running on Vantage over terminal server for a year and over<br/>
citrix for over 4 months, with no printing issue.  All of a sudden, 2 weeks<br/>
ago, all of our crystal forms stopped printing correctly at the remote sites<br/>
over citrix.  The forms would print out, but any text that was italicized or<br/>
in a color other than black would not print.  I changed the italics text to<br/>
normal and it prints fine.  However, the colored text if used for a reason,<br/>
the red shows there is a problem, etc., and i don&#39;t want to have to change<br/>
this, especially since it has worked fine up until now.  <br/>

There are no problems at the main site and there are no problem when the<br/>
users print to their printers local (as opposed to through citrix).  Nothing<br/>
changed or was installe don the citrix server in months so i have no idea<br/>
why this just started happening.  Any ideas?<br/>
