Printing Problem

Has anyone looked more into this problem yet? I just checked with
our purchasing department, and it seems that we have this problem as
well. They just thought is was a "standard windows bug' so they kept
rebooting when it occured, without notifying me.
They are running Win2K, the POFORM we are using is modified with
Crystal. Seems like we can add one to the "me too's" on this problem.

My purchasing person has the same problem. I haven't tracked it down yet. I
move them from Win98 to Win2000 and I think the issue has gone. What version
of Vantage are you running? Client version?

We have the same problem, but it is not limited to purchase orders. It
seems to be any form that has been modified with Crystal Reports. I could
print all the canned reports I need, but I would get kicked out periodically
when trying to print purchase orders or job travelers which are modified
forms. When we went to 5.2, we stopped getting the prowin32 notices and
just get booted out - or frozen. We have not been able to duplicate it on
demand so it has not been fixed and Epicor really didn't have a clue. I
will be also watching the responses to this topic!

We have this same problem with our invoice crystal report. I would also be
interested in a solution if one exists. We are on Vantage 5.10.

better ideas?? In case this gets there first - the factor seems to be forms
modified using Crystal Reports. Are your purchase order forms that you are
printing modified?

We have the same problem.

Vantage = 5.0
Crystal = 8.0
Network = NT4 sp3
Client O/S = W2K sp1

Random but continuous P/O printing problem (lockup). No subreport contained
in modified P/O form.

I also have all other forms modified in CR but the problem only seems to
ocuur in P/Os.

Any ideas are welcome.
