Printing Problems: Invoices in a group in Vantage 6.10
I have a user in the Accounting dept. that uses the PDF print to file
feature.
Description of printing issue:
When user uses PDF "print to file" feature to save any vantage report
(mainly concerned with Invoice report); then he prints to his local
printer after using the PDF, he gets an error; but only in the AR
module, all other modules he's currently using appear to be fine.
He can't print ONLY after he prints the "invoice edit report". He
can print everything else out of vantage and then I'm ok.
THE WORKAROUND IS:
Currently the user will review the invoice edit list, then he goes
and prints invoices out, then he goes back and saves the invoice edit
list.
Has anyone seen or heard of this issue? Any suggestions would be
helpful!
