Printing to a predefined Printer

Thanks kevin

I did read it there and i understood it and i understand the option you gave with adding a checkbox but i rather have them print the regular way with having all the option of the print dialog in epicor but without poping up the windows print box.

Hi All

I'm trying to setup some reports to print to a particular printer without
having the printer selection popup when clicking on the print button.
I have no idea where to start and any help would be appreciated.

Ephraim,

Sounds like you need to use the autoprinting functionality.

I was thinking of auto print but I don't know how it works and where
to set it up.
Also I understood that autoprint is for firing up with a BAM and I'm
looking for the user to print as needed but without the printer
selection box.

Ephraim,

You could add a UD checkbox to the form, when they check the box, your BAM
could then trigger to print the form.

Autoprinting is explained pretty well in the help system. I'd start there.
