I found something else to watch for after a dump and load when I did my first one last month. I didn't find my problem until over a week after the dump and load and couldn't restore either. I had tested the process ahead of time, but didn't check employee hire and birth dates. Everyone born/hired between 1950 and 1969 had their birth and hire years changed to 2050-2069. In my case tech support was able to send me a fix-it program that fixed the dates. As I suspected, it had to do with the year parameter. Next time, I'll have to play with that parameter to make sure the dump and load doesn't do it again. The only problem it caused was the two weeks where our 401k/pension projections as the bank were off. I was projected to get over 3 million dollars a month, but on the down side my projected retirement date was something like 2120!Yikes!
