Problem generating all W-2's in Vantage 8.03.408

Our problem is we don't have a maintenance agreement so now I'm not sure what to do.

For this I'd call Epicor they are usually pretty good with these kind of things.

We just started using the payroll system this year. I'm trying to generate W-2's but not all employees are coming over. I have checked the payroll classes, all are set up as a payroll employee. Everyone shows up in the employee earnings record. Is there possibly a conversion that needs to be run? Any help would be appreciated.
