Problem printing PDF from Vantage

If this is happening on an XP box, try switching to "Windows Classic Theme". Once I did this Acrobat worked fine. doesn't make much sense though...as other machines using the XP theme work just fine. Just one of those things.

Just had this happen here and it rang a bell...are you using the PDF Writer or Adone Distiller? We get the same result using PDF Writer but Adobe Distiller always works and ask where we want the PDF file to be written.

I am having the same problem. I have been printing the invoice to screen,
then opening up Crystal Reports (which will print the last invoice printed
through Vantage) and printing to a PDF file from there. It works fine
through Crystal. I will be interested to find out if I can fix this problem
as I email quite a few invoices to customers.

We have a problem kind of similar to that, but we are using win2pdf to email
PO confirmations. Sometimes it will not work the first time on a boot up in
the morning, but if he restarts his computer it will fix it. Not sure the
reason of why it is happening, just know a quick fix.

One of our users was having the same issue. I think he resolved it by
changing his default printer on his computer. Then changing to the
printer of choice when printing. Try changing your default and see if
that helps.
