BPM Customization attached to the ‘Ice.BO.Company.Update’ BO method contains outdated directives:
‘SSRS’ (Pre-Processing)
You have a BPM (Method Directive) that is marked ‘Outdated’ by the system. This can happen during a version upgrade. You’ll need to open the BPM in Method Directives Maintenance, review it, and make any necessary changes (if any). When you are finished, check the ‘Outdated’ checkbox, it will change to ‘Compatible’.

but we just got the kinetic installed and it is all native. no any bpm created yet.

What happens when you run this?
Are you certain? Do you have a consultant doing any work? Better check to be sure.
Are there any Method directives on Ice.Company or a data directive on the Company table?
I saw this on one of our cloud environments during the 2023.1 upgrade testing and it ended up being an Epicor Cloud Ops BPM. You couldn’t see it in the method directive maintenance, but I could see it was outdated on the Configuration Upgrade Dashboard. A support ticket to the cloud team cleared it up.
