Problem trying to add a fiscal year

Is there some trick to adding a fiscal year to our calendar? When I run the "Add new Fiscal Year" the system does not give me any fields to enter.

It defaults to our current year 2014 and I can change the ending date for period 12 however - I cannot change any other fields. How can I add a fiscal year to my calendar.

We are running 9.05.701, Progress 64bit
