Problem with Cost Work Bench Roll Up

I just got done with my year end rollup and I noticed not all the
part #'s were listed on the Cost Rollup Edit Report that I was using
to review the changes

For example the Part # range I used was from 100000 to 200000 where
I was moving Last Material cost to Standard.

I printed the Cost Set Group to review the changes and everything
looked Ok and I posted it.

I went into Cost Adjustment Screen to double check that the changes
took place and I clicked on a part # where the last material cost
didn't move over to standard and I looked at my Edit print out and
it wasn't on there.

Now I am going though all my raw material part #'s to see if
everything was moved correcly and I am finding some that didn't
change and not on my Edit list

These are part #'s between the range of #'s I picked..Not at the
start or the end.

Any idea why this happened ??
