Problem with MastPack Report Data definition since June 10-11th upgrade when sending via EDI to TIE Kinetix

Hi all-
Since the June 10th - 11th major upgrade to Epicor Kinetix I have been unable to send a 856 document that uses a version of the MastPack report data definition. I get an error report back from TIE with this error:

Error in add method of MethletMethodator class: null

Link from [Calc_DspJobShpQty] to Quantity might be the problem. Error in add method of MethletMethodator class: null

Just wondering if anyone has any idea on how I can fix this issue. If you need more detail I would be happy to provide some.

Hi Jill - your report data definition for the 856 probably needs to be locked down to prevent RDD changes with new versions. You do that from the report styles - from the actions menu, you need to generate EDI definitions. This won’t help you for this upgrade, but it should help with future ones. For this one, you’ll want to update the RDD to match what it was before. If this doesn’t make sense, I’m happy to help you figure it out. :slight_smile:
