If you’re working with any consultant company, they can probably put you in contact with a higher-up at Epicor. Our consultant Customer Success Manager has escalated issues to Epicor execs on a handful of things for us. Quite honestly we’ve gone through a slew of Epicor CAMs, some of whom we never heard from once. If you’re not getting adequate attention I can’t blame anyone for wanting to switch.
About 6-8 month’s time usually gets me a new CAM without me even asking I had my first cam for years, then they promoted him and it has been a revolving door for the past 4-5 years.
