Process in Task Scheduler for a Month

We have had a process stuck in the Task Agent for over a month and cannot remove it. We have tried restarting, deleting, reinstalling, etc. It has been stuck in the System Monitor screen for almost a month now:

Any ideas as to why it is stuck and any way to get this removed?

It’s been orphaned at this point. You will want to go in the Database and update Ice.SysTask for that task ID to History = true and Status = ERROR.

Or contact support so they can give you a fix. Whichever you are comfortable with.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I was poking around in the DB a little while ago and was not sure as to what I would have to do to get it out of there.
