Process MRP by part number (more than one at a time)

I’m looking for a way to run process MRP for more than one part number at a time, but not for the entire plant catalogue. Per our standard procedure, when we update methods, we delete UNF jobs so they incorrect method isn’t accidentally selected when firmed. We do this because we only process MRP once per week. In a previous version of Epicor that I used, we had the ability to “recalc” a list of parts as needed. I cannot figure out if that is possible in our version of Kinetic. I’ve browsed the user topics and read the technical manual. Does anyone have feedback for me that might help?

You can run MRP with a filter for all parts, 1 part, or 10. It’s a multi-select. Can also do based on a part class or product group.

Interesting, I’ve only done 1 part or all of them. I didn’t realize it was multi-select. I’ll test that out!

It is. Hopefully that works for you.

I have a follow up question. I also would like to run MRP for a medium list of parts, maybe around 30-50. They don’t have a distinct product group or class unfortunately. I only know how to add multiple parts by entering one at a time. Is there a way to copy in a list?

I’m able to paste them in.

Example… copy from excel…

right click in part field:

Seems to work fine:

Thank you! I was so stuck on ctrl+v or trying to find the 3 little dots that I didn’t even think about the drop down menus from right clicking.
