You might have to stop and restart the app servers.

Subject: [Vantage] Process stuck in System Monitor
I have Vantage 8.03.407. An employee ran the "Capture COS/WIP Activity" process and it does not look like it is doing anything. usually it only take a couple of minutes to run. Currently it has been running for over a half hour, as far as the System Monitor says. I have had complaints that Vantage is running slow. Can anyone give me any pointers on where to look or fix.
