Product Configurator Operations

The rules attach themselves to the material numbers (ie 10,20,30) in
the engineering workbench. Once the material is moved to a new
number, your rule remains attached to the old number. If I am going
to move or delete a part, I delete the rule first so it doesn't just
hang out there. Otherwise, if you ever add a part with that number,
that rule may pop up out of nowhere. The bottom line is, you will
have to rewrite the rule or copy and paste it.

I set up my operations and rules in the product configurator. After
it was complete, I had to move one of my operations and after doing
so I noticed the rule to that operation did not move with the
operation. Is there something I need to do before I move the
operation to make the rule follow it?
