Thanks for replying. Yes, Epicor did confirm working as expected and can’t see an issue. They also advised to raise this as an idea (which I did - KIN-I-5212) but I just wasn’t sure if there was another way to progress it as not working correctly! Guess I’ll be looking into that BPM! Thank you
