- Order Firmed – A sales order was confirmed and converted into a job.
- Job Was Cut – Meaning the system created a production job (linked to that order) with materials, operations, and resources.
- Purchased Part Quantity Changed – Later, someone modified the required quantity of a purchased material (part) within the job.
Our issue is Production doesn’t automatically know that the material requirement was changed after the job was created
Currently, Customer Service to notify production manually, which is risky (easy to miss). any thoughts?
