When looking at the Shop Load report, we noticed some resources claiming 9 hours when they should only be 8 based on the calendar.
An example would be Resource Group 540 shown below. There is a Resource Group 541 which is set up nearly identically that only claims 8 hours.

Anything entered in group 540 under Calendar Exceptions?

Welp…so much for that bright idea. That’s the only thing that jumped out based on your screenshots.
