Production Detail Report Question

Hi All,

We had a Job that had labor and material transactions on it, but was for the wrong Job, so they reversed the transactions using Job Adjustment and Return Material, but on the Prodcution Detail report, it shows the hours as 0 but still a labor/burden cost. Where does this come from? I did notice that the “pay hours” column in Job Tracker did not adjust when they did the adjustment, is that the issue?

I would think so. You have to match all columns in the adjustment. Sometimes if there is rounding it will say you are over when the value on the screen is the same. Decreasing by a penny usually allows it to go thru.
