Subject: [Vantage] Production Rate Report: Standard rate vs. actual rate

I would like to know if someone has written a report which would give
me the following information:

Standard rate vs. Actual rate

I know that this information is on the production detail reports.
What I am looking for is a report which can give me a whole years
summarized report per operation, per standard, so we can determine
what our actual (achieved) rates are over the year.

Any help would be appreciated. I've tried exporting a report into
excel through the "Utilities - Business Query", but the information
is too huge to export correctly. I need to know the part number,
Quantity produced, operation, operation description, standard,
standard description, standard rate and actual rate.
