Fortunately I am at 9.05.700c so that is available. I knew it was not in early versions and did not think to look. I first contacted Epicor via chat in hopes to see if it was to be added at some point. They told me customization was necessary! They must be still earlier than 905.6 LOL.
Thanks!
Stan

This was added in 905.6xx so if you are not at that version just modify the SO Acknowledgement form, change the heading to Pro Forma Invoice, make any changes you need, and then add it as a report style under your order acknowledgement print so users can select it along with the standard report style (or in addition to any modified report styles you may have for the SO Acknowledgement already)

In Epicor 9, you just go to the Sales Order Entry screen, enter the sales order and under actions you can print a proforma invoice. Let me know if you have any questions.

There's nothing in Epicor to allow the creation of proforma invoices. Epicor support says that has to be done via customization. Has anyone done this that can offer some hints on how to go about it?
Thanks!
