Hi Paul,
especially ADO.Net. Performing Access queries with ADO is the preferred way
with Microsoft these days and that person will learn about Datasets which are
used heavily in Vantage.
Unless you have the SDK, I would learn VB.Net instead of C# as it's closer
(but not the same as) VBA and screen modifications seem to use VB.Net.
If you plan to do web services, a little training in ASP.Net and SharePoint
would be useful.
One last Point, not a bullet point, but a bottle of Point[1]. They'll be
plenty of times that you'll want a drink... ;-) Maybe Uncle Bob will join us?
