Patrick, you're probably aware of all the following, but I'd figure I'd take

I recently took a 4GL class in which they gave us working samples of
that training CD. Only a couple of lessons, but it wasn't
impressive. I haven't found training CD's to be worth much.
Donwload the admin guide from Progress's website and start reading.
