Cumulative ... just like Vantage ...
One thing to watch out for is whether you will have to re-install the
progress client software on your end user's PC's. ( This happened early on
V9.0 ... )
Always check with Vantage Tech support AND this list for any "Gotchas"
involved in new releases and NEVER be in a hurry for new patches unless you
have some compelling reason to be a guinea pig ...
