Pulling Tracking #'s Per Customer Shipments

Hello,
I’m having a hard time getting this BAQ to display properly. My goal is to be able to plug in a given date range and it will display all shipments for a specific customer and include the tracking #'s that were entered. Here’s the columns I’m trying to have populated but the system is coming back with incorrect PO #'s and Order #'s for given pack list #'s and tracking #'s. What would be wrong in my relations?

I believe you want OrderHed to be directly joined to ShipHead and not through Customer
