Purchase Advisor / Part Transaction History Tracker

If we are in Purchase Advisor, pull up a part then right click and select part transaction history tracker the transaction history just spins.

If we go directly to part transaction history and enter the same part number it displays the transaction history with no issues.

Has anyone had this problem? We are on 2023.2.19. No bpms or customizations on either page.

I don’t have a simple suggestion, but I did try this in 2025.2 without issue. Transaction History Tracker opened right up.

You might be able to use developer mode to get a little more insight into which step of the process it’s hanging on. With a little luck you’ll understand why.

Otherwise I’d probably recommend a ticket with Epicor given you have no customizations/BPMs.
