Eric,

I have had to rebuild indexes twice, once for job materials and once
for payroll problems. Both times it went very smoothly. I have a
100 MB Database and it only took about 2-3 minutes total. I found that
it worked better to create a batch file to run the commands as they are
fairly long and sometimes wrap on the screen so it made it more
confusing.

We are running Vantage 3.0 and having a problem with the Generate
Purchase Suggestions function. We receive the error "Syslock already
exists with Company 'MEI' Function 'SugPO' Use 0. (132)" when we try
to run it and nothing is generated.

I ran a fix from Support called SUGPOFIX.R, and it fixed things for
about two weeks. Now support is suggesting rebuilding the indexes due
index corruption.

Has anyone else had this particular problem or rebuilt indexes
before? If so, what are somethings to watch out for, or other
potential problems?
