Hey Patrick,
I thought I looked at that, but I created a new group with access to
the Audit Info permission, and
that eliminates the delete capability to those who are not in that group.

I did notice "Corrective Actions" has one level security below it call
"Enter Audit Information and Reopen" whatever that means. Does this help you
at all? (Sec501-001)

We are currently trying to understand more of the corrective action
functionality. It has come to light that it is possible for anyone with
permission to the module to delete corrective
actions. This makes our QA manager very nervious and they have asked me to
ask other companies how you are handling this potential problem.
