Hi Epicor community!
Recently for security purposes we went through and removed Security Manager access for most users at our company, basically just leaving me as the only security manager. One issue that has come from this is password resets. It seems only Security Manager users can reset passwords in User Account Security Maintenance. We checked if there was a self service “Forgot My Password” option for putting on the smartclient login screen, but was told there isn’t.
What are other users having be their solution for this? Just leaving password resets up to the security managers on an As Needed basis?
