When I use the open with it works fine, just as the user states below. Anyway, just wanted to see if this was a known "bug" as stated in this post. I am awaiting epicor's call for further assistance and hopefully a fix.

I have a Quick Search that works fine in 8.03, when upgrading to 9.05.700 and I run the search I get the message.

"Column Company does not allow nulls"

It's a pretty simple 2 table BAQ. Has anyone seen this and know of a solution?
It is a bug in 700. Right click on the field and "open with" your quick
search.

Hi,

There is a fix. Get Epicor to provide as below:

Retro Fix for SCR 98271 - Part Adapter / GetListFromSelectedKeys() method throws "Column Company does not allow nulls"

Client Epicor.Mfg.AD.Part.dll

HOW TO APPLY THE SCR FIX

Please test before applying to production.

Steps to apply fix:

Client

1) Make a backup copy of the Epicor.Mfg.AD.Part.dll file in the Client directory.

2) Copy this new Epicor.Mfg.AD.Part.dll file into the Client Directory.

- Neil

I have what appears to be this exact same issue, is it a common issue? I have contacted Epicor and they stated that we probably have corrupt data without even looking at the issue. When I use the open with it works fine, just as the user states below. Anyway, just wanted to see if this was a known "bug" as stated in this post. I am awaiting epicor's call for further assistance and hopefully a fix.

Thank you,
Bryan
