Hi guys,
this has been recently fixed in the new release of E9.05.701. Check out the release notes. So many bugs that i had seen in 700 have been fixed with several performance enhancements added. Incase you are not up for an upgrade contact epicor to give you the fix.
I am doing a new installation and an upgrade to our test servers as well as our new clients servers and will be in better position to give more details.
Regard
Anthony

In our WI EUG meeting yesterday Jennifer demonstrated that and suggested esp part does not need the checkbox checked since you will always have a part in part entry...

When I click on the 'Customer' button and select the Quick Search tab (on the Customer Maintenance OR Order Entry screens) I see my Quick search. However, these are the only two screens where I can see my Quick Search. If I go to Quote/Entry or the Customer Tracker Screens and click on the Quick Search tab, there are NO Quick Searches listed.
